General Terms and Conditions

§1 Validty towards entrepreneurs and definition of terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders between us and a consumer according to its valid version at the time an order is placed.

A consumer is every natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither can neither be assigned to his/her commercial nor self-employed job-related activity. (§ 13 BGB / German Civil Code)

§2 Conclusion of the agreement, storage of the contract data

(3) The presentation of our goods in our online-shop shall not be considered as binding offer but a non-binding invitation to the buyer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods the consumer submits a binding offer for the conclusion of a contract.

(4) Upon receipt of your order in our online-shop, the following rules shall apply:

The consumer submits a binding order by completing the provided ordering procedure.

The order is done by following the steps below:

  1. Selecting the desired goods

  2. Confirm by clicking the button “Order”

  3. Check the details in your shopping cart

  4. Confirm by clicking the button “proceed to checkout”

  5. Registration on our online-shop upon entering the information of the applicant (email address and password)

  6. Re-examination of the data in the order overview

  7. Binding submission of the order by clicking the button “Buy now”

Prior to sending the binding order, the consumer can return to the website by using the “Back” button after checking his data. There the input error can be corrected and/or by cancelling the order process. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (order confirmation). Hereby your order is accepted

(5) Storage of the contractual text when ordering on our online-shop:

The contractual text will be stored and both the order information and the General Terms and Conditions will be forwarded by email. Under “My Account” you will have the possibility to check your last transactions and to edit your user data. To do so choose one of the links mentioned below to check and/or edit any information.

§3 Prices, cost of delivery, payment, due date

  1. The prices quoted include value added tax and other price components. Shipping costs shall be added.

  2. The consumer has the option to pay in advance, by PayPal or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

  3. If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he agrees to pay the purchase price immediately upon conclusion of the contract .

§4 Delivery

  1. Unless otherwise specified in the product description, all goods offered are ready to be delivered immediately. Delivery will be effected within 5 working days. In case of payment in advance, the deadline for the delivery starts the day after the payment order to the beneficiary bank and for any other payments on the day of conclusion of the contract. In the event the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or any day recognized as a public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

  2. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration shall not pass to the purchaser after the delivery of the goods, also in the case of mail order purchases.

§5 Reservation of Title

We reserve the title of the goods until receipt of all payments.

§6 Consumer´s Right of Revocation

Consumers are entitled to the right of cancellation according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to a commercial nor a self-employer occupational activity.

The period of revocation is 14 days, starting that day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired the material possession of the goods.
